  • Direct Tether issuance and redemption on Omni were discontinued, although token transfers may remain possible.

Can an address alone identify the USDT network?

Sometimes the syntax narrows the possibilities, such as a Tron T-address. Shared formats such as 0x and Solana public keys do not by themselves prove a token, contract, or intended network.

Does a valid result prove that an address can receive USDT?

No. It confirms supported format rules or a locally recognized contract entry. Confirm the exact network, token contract or mint, and deposit instructions with the receiving platform.
